SLIM DRILLED STOCK WHEELBASE (DSW)
Some local rules do not allow the use of the long wheelbase – you must use the stock wheelbase length.
These bodies have #44 axle holes drilled at the stock wheelbase locations and three holes in the appropriate locations for Lead or Tungsten. The rear most weight hole is moved further towards the back (like the extended wheelbase body) so you can make better use of your potential energy by scooching the CG back a bit. – see lecture 7
Both bodies meet the Scout specifications for length and width. DXW, of course, stands for Drilled Stock Wheelbase. Please note that these bodies have NO slots. If your rules require slots, see SLOTTED STOCK WHEELBASE below.
